Ep. 17 | Experience Design with Joe Pine and Maureen Bausch

We have Joe Pine and his co-author Maureen Bosh of The Experience Economy- he one of the books that inspired Aaron Keller and Brian Adducci to start Capsule in the first place. Maureen is most known for leading the Minnesota Super Bowl experience, but has also led the Mall of America, an experience visited by guests from around the world. If we could guess, there’s  likely some talk about experience design on this one.
